We’re all about good vibes and great mojitos! We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Urban Monk purchase. Here’s how we ensure your satisfaction:

Returns:

• Love It or Return It : If you’re not completely happy with your Urban Monk product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. No questions asked!
• Easy Process : Simply contact our customer support team at support@myurbanmonk.in  and we’ll guide you through the easy return process. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.

Replacements:

• Damaged in Transit? We’ve Got You Covered : If your Urban Monk goodies arrive damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the damage, and we’ll promptly arrange a replacement for you, free of charge.
• Quality Issues? We Stand by Our Monk : If you discover any quality issues with your Urban Monk product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assess the issue and happily offer a replacement.

Order cancellation:

Urban Monk – Changing Your Mind? No Sweat!

We get it, sometimes plans change. Here’s our cancellation scoop:

• Act Fast! You can cancel your Urban Monk order within 2 days of placing it. Just shoot us an email at support@myurbanmonk.in or give us a call at 1800 570 8866 with your order details, and we’ll take care of it.
•  
• After 2 Days, We’re Mixing! Because we’re usually prepping and packing your mojito goodies pretty quickly, we won’t be able to cancel orders after that 2-day window.
• Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our return policy. No worries, though – if you’re not vibing with your order once it arrives, our return policy has you covered!

Important Notes:

• For returns under our “Love It or Return It” policy, the product must be substantially unused and in its original packaging.
• We’ll cover the return shipping costs for damaged or quality issue replacements. For returns due to personal preference, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
• Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or send out your replacement within 5business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
• We will not return or replace expired products.
