All prices displayed on our website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it by emailing us at support@myurbanmonk.in or calling us at 1800 570 8866.
After the 2-day window, we may already be preparing your order. At that point, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order has already shipped, you may return it under our return policy once you receive it.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. No questions asked.
Returned items must be substantially unused and in their original packaging.

For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For returns involving damaged items or quality issues, we cover the return shipping.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damage.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If you discover a defect or quality issue with your product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your concern and arrange a replacement if necessary.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds/replacements for expired products.
Products must be returned in original packaging to qualify for any return or replacement.
